Liberties Inchicore Rialto (LIR) Training was established in 1998. It made application to become a recognised Training Provider by FETAC.

Liberties Inchicore Rialto Training Programme is working to provide accredited training for those who have low education attainment, unemployed and wish to seek employment. We also provide unaccredited training for those who wish to promote diversity and equality and look at ways to combat racism in their workplace, communities and personal lives.

Early Childhood Care and Education Major Award 6M2007

This Major Award will provide Learners with the knowledge, skill and competence to work as autonomous practitioners and to lead and supervise others in the provision of quality early childhood care and education in a variety of ECCE settings, whether working in a day care nursery, creche, pre-school/after school facility or with families as a professional nanny. On completion of the award Learners will have the option of progressing to higher education and training opportunities.

Equality and Diversity Training

LIR Training provides training and education in Equality and Diversity specializing in Anti-Racism. We offer programmes particularly for Community, Voluntary and Statutory Bodies. The aim of our programme is to enable participants to identify discrimination and racism, and equip them with the tools needed to combat it. This is not a certified training course.
